1. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING - CONDITION OF LAWFULNESS - SOURCE OF DATA

The data will be processed for the following purposes:

The conditions for the lawfulness of the processing are: the legitimate interest of the Data Controller and the data subject; the

contract and the execution of pre-contractual measures for the purposes referred to in letters b) and e); compliance with a legal

obligation for the purposes referred to in letters c) and e); the pursuit of a legitimate interest of the data controller for the purposes referred to in letters f); for the purpose referred to in letter g) is the consent or legitimate interest of both the Data

Controller and the data subject (Recital (47) of EU Reg. 2016/679).

The contact details of the legal entities used, which according to the GDPR do not constitute personal data, were collected via the website of the data subject.

The contact details of employees of legal entities, which constitute personal data, may have been provided to the Data Controller by the data subject himself by telephone or business card, etc.

2. COMPULSORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA

The provision of data for the purposes identified with letters a), b), c), d), e), f) is mandatory; it follows that any refusal to

provide data for these purposes will make it impossible for the Company to proceed with any commercial negotiations.

The provision of data and their processing are instead optional in relation to the purpose identified with letter g).

3. PROCESSING METHODS AND DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The processing operations are carried out in such a way as to guarantee the logical and physical security and confidentiality of the data.

We will retain the Data collected for the purposes indicated above for the entire duration of the relationship and for 10 years

following the termination of the same, in the event of a commercial relationship being established between the parties, except in

cases where retention for a subsequent period is required for any disputes, requests from the competent authorities or pursuant to

applicable legislation.

The contact data used for the first contact and for the presentation of our products and services will be kept in our archives for

a period of 2 years. The Data collected for Marketing Purposes will be kept for 24 months from collection. At the end of the retention period, the Data will be deleted, anonymized or aggregated.

4. NATURE OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed, which will be used for the purposes indicated in point 1. The personal data collected are essentially related to: personal data; contact details; (if any) data relating to economic and commercial activity (orders, solvency, bank and financial data, accounting and tax data, etc.), if a contractual relationship is

established between the parties.

For marketing activities, contact data and data on services/products already purchased will be processed.

5. SCOPE OF DATA COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

For the pursuit of the Purposes indicated above, we may communicate your Data to the following categories of subjects:

(v) to banking institutions for the management of collections;

(vi) to financial administrations and other companies or public bodies in compliance with regulatory obligations;

(vii) to employees, collaborators, and/or companies and professionals used by the Data Controller, including companies that support the Data Controller in foreign business development;

(viii) to employees, collaborators, agents, advertising and marketing companies, and more generally to professional

companies used by the Data Controller.

6. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

Personal data will be processed primarily within the European Union. In the event that the data, in order to meet business

needs, should be transferred to non-EU third countries or international organizations, the transfer will in any case take place

after an assessment of the existence or absence, pursuant to art. 45 GDPR, of an adequacy decision by the European

Commission, and in the event of absence, the processing will be carried out in compliance with one of the adequate guarantees

provided for in art. 46 and 47 of the GDPR or the conditions provided for by art. 49 GDPR.
